Project File Access
A Lixel device exposes project files in two ways:
- HTTP: the interface responses give file URLs directly; read them with a browser or HTTP client, no file sharing needed.
- File sharing (SMB): mount the device with a standard file-sharing client; must be enabled first.
Reading project files over HTTP
In the responses of project_list (AC_LIST_ALL_PROJECTS) and modeling_status, fields such as poses_url, control_points_url, measure_points_url, and xbin_url are HTTP URLs of the form http://<host>/static/<project>/project_data/poses.csv; for projects on external storage the path uses /udisk/.
The host in the URL is taken from the device's wireless interface address, falling back to 192.168.55.1 when unavailable (192.168.144.100 on the F1 model, per the device-side source). Over a wired connection it may be 192.168.56.1, which the host cannot reach. Measured on a Lixel L2Pro (firmware V3.2.1): over a wired connection the host returned by project_list was 192.168.56.1 and timed out; replacing the host with 192.168.55.1 returned HTTP 200. So over a wired connection, replace the host in the URL with the same address you use for MQTT before accessing it.
Enabling file sharing
The file-sharing service is off by default. Before access, send the enable action through the device control interface:
- Enable:
action: AC_START_FS - Disable:
action: AC_STOP_FS
For the device control interface, see Interface Catalog · Device Management.
Warning: file sharing uses a fixed default credential. Anyone who knows it and can reach the device's network can access the files. Enable it only when needed and send
AC_STOP_FSwhen done.
Connection parameters
Once enabled, mount with these parameters:
| Parameter | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Service address | smb://<device_ip>/share | device_ip matches the MQTT connection address |
| Username | admin | Default, not changeable |
| Password | admin123 | Default, not changeable |
Note:
device_ipis the same address you use for the MQTT connection (192.168.55.1wired, or the Wi-Fi address obtained over Bluetooth for wireless).
